It's unfortunate, but what useful information there is here is being drowned out by bad attitudes and inappropriate insults.

Whether it's Anet or other forum posters, it's never ok to use these forums as a platform to insult other users, and it's only going to entice them to post back in a similar manner.

The thread content is fine, and someone can post in an existing thread, or develop a new more informational thread from the get-go. But this one has been slain for the above.

It is said that one may attract more flies with honey than vinegar, and if your goal is to entice a response from Alex or Gaile, it is not advisable to insult them, or their company, in the process. They are not obligated to answer to anyone, and do so at their own discretion. More likely, posts like those simply work to push them away.

Regardless of that, on these forums, it is expected, or more accurately, required, that individuals show a modicum of respect towards others. You don't have to like them, but you insult others at the risk of post deletion or thread closure.
